Do the provisions of Article VIII replace the coordination agreement to allow road crews to carry out work previously performed by shipyard crews? This will confirm our understanding, during the negotiations on the agreement of that date, that before a carrier terminates a position of host or assistant to hostler in accordance with Article XIII, Section 1 (10) of this agreement, it will be offered to firefighters licensed in engine service before 1 November 1985 in the same seniority district. These employees retain the right to recall the engine service in accordance with existing agreements.
